Course Description

ANTH 355 focuses on the identification of the bones of the human skeleton, both in whole bones and in fragmentary and damaged conditions that are typical of archaeological and forensic contexts.  The course also considers why various bones are important to the various subfields of anthropology including paleoanthropology, forensic anthropology, and paleopathology.
